Yes the contracts are 366 days for tax purposes, and they are automatically renewed if not said otherwise.
 

Can I withdraw my investment without suffering and penalty if I decide to do it before the end of the contract?
If you let us know with a month of anticipation, we can return your investment or the amount you wish to withdraw, however, determining the case, it may be a 10% penalty, every case varies.
